LEAD Inc. provides programs that develop leaders through education, service and community. They believe that everyone has the potential to be a leader of strong character who can bring positive change to their community.

Our Programs

• Leadership Grant County: Leadership Grant County exposes future community and business leaders to the unbelievable people and resources currently available in Grant County through an eight month training program.
• Advance Leadership Program: The Advanced Leadership Program is the next step for Leadership Grant County Alums. This exciting new program focuses on personal leadership training and is all about the development of individuals.
• YES Network: YES Network offers monthly leadership training for students with untapped potential through service projects, community involvement and social networking.
• Thompson-Ray House: LEAD Inc., in partnership with the city of Gas City and local visionaries, is working to preserve a Grant County historical home and develop a youth leadership and community center.
