LEAD Inc. provides programs that develop leaders through education, service and community. They believe that everyone has the potential to be a leader of strong character who can bring positive change to their community.

Our Programs

Leadership Grant County: Leadership Grant County exposes future community and business leaders to the unbelievable people and resources currently available in Grant County through an eight month training program.

Advanced Leadership Program: The Advanced Leadership Program is the next step for Leadership Grant County Alums. This exciting new program focuses on personal leadership training and is all about the development of individuals.

YES Network: YES Network offers monthly leadership training for students with untapped potential through service projects, community involvement and social networking.

Thompson-Ray House: LEAD Inc., in partnership with the city of Gas City and local visionaries, is working to preserve a Grant County historical home and develop a youth leadership and community center.
